Unrealistic Expectations and Hostile Work Environment

They are on top of their game with monthly meetings and trainings on situational behavior, as well as Fair Housing Laws.

Cons

They play favorites with employees; letting some employees get away with large amounts of tardiness while punishing the employees that actually show up to work. Many of the employees have to do the job of three people yet their pay doesn't justify the amount of work they are doing. In terms of training for affordable housing, some employees aren't trained properly in affordable housing until a year or some time later.

Great company to start for. Multiple avenues for training and learning resources. Company activities and outings to Great places (mostly if you are a manager, supervisor, senior position or in corporate). Multiple job opportunities.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive compared to other companies. HR doesn't follow up on complaints or concerns unless they are actively looking to terminate. Pay is low compared to other companies and you will get low balled even further.

Pay was competitive in 2020, not sure what they’re doing now

Cons

It may be that not ever Regional Manager was this way, but mine was extremely unethical and I left because it was just a matter of time before a Fair Housing suit was brought against her (and potentially anyone associated with her decisions).
