      Pros

      The culture at NRP is like non other. The opportunities and relationships built are priceless and the opportunity for growth is amazing. I have now been with them for almost 4 years and I still love what I do and have built lasting relationships with co workers across the US. The open door policy is crucial for growth and communication and it's so much more than that here. I never feel stuck or under appreciated.

      Cons

      I'm in a traveling position which does cause a little bit of strain on my personal life but I did sign up for this. The only thing I would say is a "con" is sometimes not having knowledge of assignments in advance to prepare correctly. Examples: making sure I get to setup doctors appts or get errands completed before assignment time.
