Pros

Care about people and all walks of life. Fun corporate teams.

Cons

Pay for onsite staff is almost laughable. No raise or bonus that was not budgeted for a YEAR prior. Raise of mere cents. The only time you will see a substantial raise is if you put your notice in. Out of touch upper management incentives.

Great corporate office, they do a lot for their employees and they take care of their staff

Cons

Learning tax credit, paperwork is always changing, the compliance auditor is hard to work with and extremely rude. Not a lot of work life balance

There are so many amazing things to say about this company! There is plenty of room for your career to grow, and work-life balance is unmatched. Upper management engages with every employee in a positive manner, at all levels, and they care! I recommend this company to anyone interested in Property Management.
