I can't think of a single one.

Cons

After years in the industry with a much more professionally managed company, I felt as though my managers with NRP were walking Fair Housing violations. I wanted no part of it and you shouldn’t either.

Horrible communication / horrible construction / horrible upper management / horrible leadership and if you're not apart of the "good ol boys and girls clique " watch your back and prepare to be picked on and bullied.
