      These are some of the best people I've worked with. Everyone is willing to support each other. Very understanding of a work/life balance as long as your work is getting done. 3 days of work in office, with 2 days at home.

      Cons

      They are very set in their ways so it is difficult to bring up ideas and have them considered.
