Technically Advanced, Everyone is approachable, but not everyone is helpful.

Cons

New software but no one knows how to use it, Coworkers are friendly but want to over explain instead of listen to your question to properly problem solve. A lot of “running around” to get things done.The commission structure is not employee friendly. When you bring an issue to upper management/HR don’t expect anything to be done.

Highly organized departments aiding in property operations. Excellent compensation. A lot of burden taken off of site managers.

Cons

Can feel micromanage-y. Happy Co checklists are redundant and feel like busy work - does anyone actually review them?. Maintenance leadership is nonexistent for stabilized sites.
