I began working at NRP at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it became apparent very early how much the company leadership cares about its employees. NRP very quickly adapted to the "new normal" and has done everything it can to ensure its employees can effectively work remotely and still feel connected to the company. For instance, the CEO hosts a weekly company-wide video call designed to keep everyone informed and connected. Overall, NRP is a company that values teamwork, provides regular communication, and listens to ideas from all employees (regardless of position/experience level). NRP also encourages professional growth and has fostered an atmosphere that is conducive to making friends and developing mentor/mentee relationships. Great place to work!
