      Pros

      After 5 years wasted at this company, no pros I can think of.

      Cons

      It was better 5 years ago with Jeff and Dean as our Regional VP and VP. Now there is just horrible communication, no room for advancement, rude and demeaning Corporate level employees, certain compliance offers are a joke and act like you are a huge burden when asking questions.

      Pros

      Benefits are competitive but taking more than a week of vacation at a time is forbidden.

      Cons

      Very unorganized and unprofessional company to work for. They do not provide the tools for you to do your job and often have to wait many months before getting what is basic needs. Dealing with the corporate office is like dealing with bullies-they are mean, nasty, and have a very high employee turn over.

      Pros

      Decent pay, some very nice people and the opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      The office is overly formal, with men required to wear ties everyday. The owners and other leaders aren't flexible with schedules, even if you perform well at your job. They also require employees to work Black Friday, Xmas Eve, New Year's Eve, etc. Of course, the owners are never there on those days, however. I encountered a couple of backstabbing people who were willing to do whatever it took to save their own jobs. It ended up being a very toxic enviroment.
