      Pros

      Great people , the company has so many unseen perks, bonus programs, discount partnerships, great PTO plans.

      Cons

      Insurance costs are higher than other employers I've worked for, growing pains from rapid growth leaves a few voids that must be rectified. Construction & management relationship could be made better with some simple cooperation

      Great work/life balance, a place where those who will go above and beyond will be rewarded and recognized, surrounded by mostly A + players like yourself, leadership is cohesive and strong. The culture is top notch!
