      Friendly people within the company, positive company to work for that is always striving for excellence.

      Cons

      NRP as a whole is great, I just had a negative experience with a manager.

      Small close knit support team. Good salary. Great, work life balance.

      Cons

      Only does lease ups. Once it's stabilized, property will sell.

      This is a great company to be a part of. The work we do for all of our residents is fabulous. We care about our property and I am always proud to say I work here.
