Exciting projects, and fast paced work kept me busy. Nice people also make going in to work a pleasure. Keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Not much to say. Really valuable experience and glad that I did it. Culture of getting work done but also care about the employees.

Overall good company, up to date training, and calm working environment. Keep in mind that a community manager has a lot to do with the enjoyment of the job.

Cons

Pay is on the low end and commission are $50 per unit.

The company is always growing, so there is plenty of room for new ideas and challenging projects. There is a strong presence of drive for success at this company.There is also ample technology available to help you get your job done.

Cons

The workload can be heavy and there is not a lot of schedule flexibility, but I have never found it overwhelming.
