Amazing people, doing great and innovative work, with an incredible impact on some of the planet’s most pressing environmental problems.

Cons

Top-down, process-heavy operation that leads to long-hours and continuous over-strategizing. Bureaucracy tends to get in the way of effectiveness. Employee career development is weak or non-existent.
