Pros

Smart, dedicated professionals engaged in work they truly believe in. Very inspiring place to work.

Cons

Management ia a bit top-heavy with too many disparate interests trying to vie for primacy. Organization is unwieldy and unfocused when it has too many objectives it's trying to achieve at the same time.

Cons

no bens for less than 20 hours micromanagement at the lower levels, smaller departments use of donor funds for excessive travel, office needs (could be much more conservative)
