Pros

There are many areas and you can thrive and learn from a lot of people. Generally, employees show great attitude and are willing to show you and let you learn. It is a great place to work due to good company policies for employees and many benefits like medical insurance, retirement savings and half-fridays.

Cons

Unfortunately, I saw the younger generation leave easily due to lack of opportunities to grow. It's complicated to move to other positions internally and the hierarchy is very well set in such a way that there are not many chances to see a way up. Policies to keep employees in the company are lacking, unless you don't want to grow and are OK with yearly increases.
