Great organization and people, with many initiatives going on in different parts of the world. Working for TNC was great, I was able to learn a lot and get to know amazing people.

Great organization, but management of TNC's local offices outside the US can be problematic.

A fair and inspiring employer

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Inspired and motivated colleagues, very welcoming and collegial atmosphere in the ogranization, great pay, strong organizational emphasis on protecting the employee to ensure a fair and safe work environment, support in pursuing opportunities, access to a great network of (friendly and available) experts.

Cons

The organisation has high overhead costs, which makes it difficult as a project lead to apply for new funding and properly manage your funds. Some silo-ing of projects; it would be great to see more support for cross-sectoral, cross-thematic collaboration. Probably varies team to team, but it seems some people are very overworked and are unable to get funding to expand their teams - this then degrades work-life balance.
