Pros

The care and integrity TNC applies to every aspect of our mission and team is second to none. Come for the mission, stay for the people.

Cons

Things are constantly changing and fast paced, everyone gives 100%. This is not a con in my opinion, but others may struggle with change associated with constantly seeking to improve, be more effective and efficient- which is what it takes to reach our 2030 climate/biodiversity goals.

Culture is generally good but zero transparency is undermining it

Pros

Flexible hours/work from home, mission-driven, great colleagues, 35 hour week.

Cons

It's a massive bureaucracy and most decisions are made in DC and dropped on the states with no process. They seem insensitive to how this lands, particularly before the holidays. Very disappointing, and totally undermines work done to make it a healthy culture.
