They have huge dreams and dump.a lot of money into supplies for studenrs

Cons

There is little to no time to train teachers on how to use materials and distribute them. Unclear job responsibilities that change on a dime locally. Huge variation in management from location to location. The company rewards bullying and allows misinformation to direct large decisions. Admins serve rotten food and don't work while off putting responsibilities to staff who are ill equipped to manage it.

Not enough staff, sick children are allowed to come back to school, no structure for students, no training provided for staff. Overall a terrible place to work.
