Pros

Pay is decent, benefits, bonuses,

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, unethical , favoritism, no family work balance, they let the client bully me almost daily but they don’t care as long as they keep the contract. The office is super small, let people come to work with lice, depending on who you are you can sleep around at the job site. They will say you’re a manager but they won’t let you manage your people and you have to work weekends too. They tell conflicting stories when you’re hired on.

Pros

The company itself is going in the right direction based upon the CEO

Cons

Middle management does not disseminate the company's definition of success. You're hired and you only see your manager twice in a whole year only speak to him on the phone 5 times in a whole year after being hired with no direction but if you listen to the CEO the company should be doing fabulously but middle management doesn't get it there's no coaching or counseling there's no direction.

Pros

If you want outside sales experience, recruitment experience, or general interviewing skills with possible ability to meet make future contact leads in all areas of business in the area, that's the only pro.

Cons

Very low pay, over worked and extremely heavy demand for excessive reports so when you actually have leads or make sales, placements in this case, the middle management and office make more money that your commission. Only make commission if you exceed a certain percentage of the NEW sales quota set for you by a boss you see once a month or so. Oh, and she/he will take credit for your information if not put into a ridiculously long computer system under your codes instantly.
