Pros

The office is quite quirky and fun to work in, the team is generally very friendly. They can be quite generous when it comes to looking after their people - team lunches, drinks, food in the office, etc.

Cons

Micromanagement, no proper training, managers make you feel bad about asking questions. They say they are welcoming of people with no past experience, but will have unreasonable expectations of you. Were aggressive when I resigned. Their commission system sees that you won't get paid if you resigned before the quarterly payment period. You also HAVE to work in the office 3x week.

Pros

Very dynamic company, not afraid to try new things. Working for an agency like this gives you an opportunity to work with a variety of different companies/cultures which is pretty cool.

Cons

Sometimes moves too fast, which would suit someone with a flexible and dynamic personality. Recruiting in the agency environment is challenging and goals-driven. This would suit better people with resilient and sales focussed personalities.
