Pros

The compensation for my position was above industry standards.

Cons

The salaried staff tended to look down their noses at the hourly workers. It was an Us Vs. Them attitude. I thought it was not only counterproductive, but mean-spirited as well.

Pros

Every single person in management has done an excellent job making new employees feel supported, empowered and capable of doing the hard work necessary to promote vital and worthwhile causes. While the job is not easy, the compensation is beyond fair. I would highly recommend anyone looking to make a positive and lasting impact in their community apply to work for The Outreach Team.

Cons

I wish the job wasn’t ending so soon!

Pros

-Pay is fair and hours are quite flexible. -Job is fulfilling, and does have important causes.

Cons

-Higher ups have zero clue on the areas they work in. -Weak leadership, feels like the bottom line is more important than anything else. -Typically temporary jobs. -Leadership does not listen to canvassers that are doing the actual work.
