Pros

Flexible. Many managers are great and really believe in helping our country. The job is fun. When was the last time you made $21 an hour doing FUN work?

Cons

Seasonal work not for everyone. A few canvassers won't be super committed to the cause and are out pretty much just for the cash. That feels awkward, sometimes.

Pros

Pays well, offers the chance to make a real impact, and is generally up front about what the work entails and how you'll be compensated.

Cons

Lots of temporary employees during election cycles, which leads to a very chaotic management structure. Your managers will likely be new hires and breakdowns in communication are likely.
