Pros

Pros – good pay (especially if you are salaried); great way to gain professional experience for those who don’t have a ton

Cons

Cons – virtually no work/life balance; terrible working conditions if you are not salaried; the DEI/HR departments exist solely in name but don’t care about actually promoting equity within the organization; extreme lack of transparency for not just hourly staff but managers as well; also, UNION BUSTERS. Do the organizations that contract with this company actually know how badly the company treats its lowest paid workers, or do they just not care??

Pros

Generous wage compensation, exhibits care and fair treatment for employees, works hard for clients.

Cons

Could maybe be a bit more organized, but it's difficult to say for sure.
