Pros

Feeling good about the work, great coworkers (the ones who lasted)

Cons

Stressful quota system: We had to sign up 3 donors in a short time with little to no training, otherwise we get fired - many did which was discouraging and led to high turnover. Restrictive donation requirements: I was constantly worried about not meeting my quota and being fired! Donors had to be aged 25 or older, and we had to ask for $35/month even though the minimum is $20. No one time donations were allowed! These restrictions were very limiting and created a tremendous amount of stress.

Lack of transparency.

Pros

Lots of smiles and fake kindness.

Cons

This organization consists of a handful of white folks paying minorities to do the hard work and laying them off in a heartbeat. Those at the top make 200,000, while they pay others 20 per hour. They are just as bad as organizations rolling back DEI but at least they did it in public. Don't fall for the hype. These people only care for what you can do for them.
