Pros

Ive been working with TOT since 2022. I appreciate their flexibility. Ive had the opportunity to work with TOT on campaigns all over the country and remotely which pairs well with my nomadic lifestyle. I enjoy being surrounded by people that feel as passionately as i do to make a positive impact in the world and the communities around us. Equitable pay; I appreciate getting compensated for being bilingual. Room for growth; Ive worked a variety of positions including canvasser, recruiter, caller, team lead, and field director. In all of the positions that ive worked with TOT I have felt supported by the leadership teams and they have welcomed me and encouraged my journey into leadership roles. Doing this kind of work is inspiring because its an actionable way to connect with communities directly and make real change. If youre passionate about progressive causes and are looking for ways to get involved, i def recommend this company.

Cons

The work itself is challenging, but the outcome is worth it. Losing campaigns is tough, but being out there on the ground makes me feel like i did everything i could.
