Pros

The Outreach Team is a great organization! My time working as a recruiter has been very positive. This the first organization that I worked for where I truly felt valued and my voice, opinions, and input truly mattered. Most organization say they value diversity and inclusion, but The Outreach Team puts into the forefront. They work every day to ensure that diversity and inclusion are pillars in the work from the bosses to the employees. I would definitely recommend working for this great organization!

Pros

There are so many pros, I don't even know where to begin. Working with progressive, like-minded individuals who are looking to live in a more fair and equitable world is so inspiring. The organization is truly open to honest feedback, and attempts to ensure there are safe spaces where people can be heard. It's challenging work, yet exhilarating and there is always an opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

Like most organizations, communication can be challenging, especially with everyone working remotely. Due to the importance of the 2020 elections, the pace was very fast, at times causing confusion and frustration but it was understandable based on the current political climate.

Pros

This company has a very positive work environment and you get to work alongside extremely passionate people that want to make a difference! The higher management actually listens to ideas and feedback from lower-level employees and makes one feel like their voice is actually being heard.

Cons

I don't have any negative things to say.
