Pros

Good experience for someone starting out in politics. It also paid well with lots of opportunities to earn bonuses. Opportunities for career advancement, I went from being a field canvasser, to a shift lead, to a deputy director. I also thought they did well with their diversity and inclusion, ensuring people of color, lgbtq individuals and different economic backgrounds were welcomed, respected and had equal opportunities.

Cons

The decentralized organizational hierarchy made it appear illegitimate at first and difficult to know who to contact about what, but after working with them for a while and advancing up to deputy director, the structures in place allowed them to be flexible and mobile with their campaigns.
