Pros

I’ve worked for other canvassing organizations and this one hands down treats their employees the best. Great pay and benefits, garenteed good hours, fun and friendly staff and management. Good causes as well.

Cons

Fundraising isn’t for everyone so turn over can still be a bit high.

Pros

I’ve been working for TOT Seattle since Nov 2018 and moved quickly into a leadership role. The perks of the job; putting your energy into making a difference in the world, great bonus opportunities, quick leadership advancement, supportive management and in-depth training. Door to door canvassing is hard and emotionally challenging work but it’s a unique position to be in and can spark inspiration to the community. It’s an opportunity for personal and professional growth that will make communication strong for pressing issues that need attention.

Cons

The focus on quota can be stressful but there is a lot of supportive training offered to get over the block of not meeting quota. Canvassing might not be for everyone but it’s all about where you focus your energy on when it comes to positive and negative experiences.
