I learned a lot!

Pros

I enjoyed the skill sets/roles I worked on and the direct hire recruiting process. The complexity of the Engineering positions was challenging, engaging and rewarding.

Cons

I left because the commission was not fair. I made the company a lot of money with placement fees and they do not pay out like other companies do.

A lot of roles aren't exclusive and are being worked on by numerous agencies. Need better technology and tools

management is respectful, very good about keeping their employees up on what’s happening great training process.

management changes a lot, once you get used to one supervisor you have a new one
