Pros

Straight answers from management. People admit they are wrong and will do what is necessary to correct quickly. Communication is very swift. Overall, good pay, and an actual sense of caring.

Cons

Some BCBAs like doing remote therapy. A preference would be for the BCBA to be in person more.

Pros

The higher up BCBAs provide good reviews and monthly meetings to adjust work as needed. BCBAs also provider mentorship to RBTs in schooling to become BCBAs. A lot of transparency within the company.

Cons

It doesn't seem like there are any!

Pros

Different than other companies, here BCBAs will actually supervise a RBT. 3 hours per week on one case. 4 on the other. This is very helpful to properly doing the job. There is a strong feeling of promise with this.

Cons

Some BCBAs are remote which makes it harder for them to see everything. But the fact that they come around in person all the time is good
