Great pay for MS. Caring clinic/local BCBAs. Office coordinators are angels. Work-Life balance. Able to take off when needed and not worrying about if you have PTO (none is offered).

Cons

Out of touch remote BCBA’s from other states (in clinic and local BCBAs are TOP TIER) No PTO. Wacky unorganized payroll. Advertise job as local vs mostly in-home clients that are 30+ miles away from location unless living near central office.

Responsive staff, able to help with any issues that come up.

Cons

some of the children can be difficult however the BCBAs do give good guidance as to how to help fix their issues.
