Pros

Great portfolio, great visibility, still growing strong, Many good locations across the world and many new ones on the way; having historical locations

Cons

Lack of maintenance; too much focus on profit and very little on meeting service standards. Employees are not viewed as assets and are easily disposable.

Nice chain of hotels, appealing to customers. Atmosphere is relaxed and some people do care about their responsibilities.

Cons

The Management is very relaxed but at the expense of employees. The company is not interested in development and not 100% fair to own customers.
