the individuals we serve are the only reason that motivate me to continue however upper management expect managers to work 24/7. while they enjoy their weekends off

Clients, colleagues, get to make a difference in clients lives, COVID pay was very good.

Cons

Horrible upper management, they are highly critical and create a toxic work environment! Extremely high turnover due to poor agency decisions. Not enough staff to properly maintain the homes. The list goes on and on.........
