Worked with genuinely talented and kind individuals across teams. The monthly bonus structure was a nice incentive, and benefits were solid overall. Easy commute and convenient location, plus regular access to interesting fashion, were definite perks.
Cons
I was a tenured, high-performing employee with a strong track record, but my experience deteriorated quickly after new management took over.
