Pros

100 dollars to catering lunches each month free bagels once a week Benefits, 401k, PTO, ESPP, health, dental, vision, etc

Cons

Over this past year, our quotas have been raised by an additional 10 units a day. I don’t see how we can make sure things are authentic when we are expected to do 6 items per hour. We lost flexible hours, some of our management has left so now we have managers from other departments trying to care for all of us employees. It feels like feedback goes nowhere, and falls on deaf ears. The job definitely is droning, and they expect you to do more with no pay bump and no recognition. Due to all the little rules we have, it’s very hard to train and onboard new team members as they have to memorize many specific rules. Would not recommend to onboard, as it feels like the company is slowly falling apart and upper management is only focused on trying to turn a profit while burning bigger holes in their pockets.
