      Pros

      Benefits are competitive for the fashion industry. I am surrounded by very smart women every day. You will work with tools and build skills that are very transferrable.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not a consideration so be prepared to have to advocate for yourself at every turn if this is important to you. Changes are made constantly with little warning or explanation from management. Decisions are made with no consideration of employee bandwidth or wellbeing. Covid response has been inconsistent and based solely upon the company protecting themselves legally. Very little transparency. Zero attempt to scale people management along with growth, seems like an afterthought.

      Let’s you listen to music. Straightforward job responsibilities, fairly easy work.

      Cons

      Freezing in studio. Low pay. High expectations. Insane policies and weird point system. Managers never have answers. Sets you up for failure. Could be run a lot more efficiently.
