Pros

The meal program provided to employees is a 100$ a month stipend to this catering company, decent health benefits. This is good for people with little experience, they will train you to do the job the way they want it done.

Cons

No legit room for growth even if they tell you there is, they are interviewing over qualified people, the pay is not good, they will cut your hours if there is no product and that can last for weeks straight, we don’t get salary so that means smaller pay checks or dumping all of the PTO you've earned into keeping your checks steady instead of using it when you want, they micro-manage everything. They will deny you when you want to use your PTO if it doesn't fit their monthly production goals. This is in fact a glorified sweatshop, all the reviews here saying so are telling you the truth. Especially people with any kind of long-term experience or accredited degrees should not apply for this job it will fall short of your expectations in every way. This job is a numbers game. The managers will say they want to see you grow in the company but when you try to have honest conversations about your career path with them they will pivot quickly, they want to keep 99% of people where they are. The 1% they favor move up to multiple positions in a matter of weeks. they don't care about your prior experience once you step foot in the door. You could be management material they will still say you have to go through each and every step for even the possibility to get there. They won't let you even apply for anything until you've been there for 6 months (some people they bend that rule for). the way they are dealing with Covid also speaks to how little they care about their employees. They give E-sick but now make it impossible to use, they have actually said they are looking for ways to get employees to not be able to use it. THEY DON’T WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON THEIR HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES. JUST DON’T DO IT.
