I love working for TRR. The team we have built together is a true family and we all work harmoniously to continuously build this vast and dynamic business. The job has a lot of flexibility and offers a great quality of life. The company offers great beneifts, competitive pay, and we are constantly evolving and growing making this an exciting place to work.

Goals can be difficult to achieve, but often times they are exceeded.

I love this company. It is extremely fast paced, and I learn something new every day. The people are incredibly smart, driven and passionate about the business. The growth over the past two years that I have been there has been astounding, yet in some ways it still feels like a small company because it is so collaborative. No one works in a silo and I truly believe that every role has the potential to make an impact. It is a true meritocracy- the more you put in , the more you will get out. I am excited to come to work each and every day.

Cons

The fast pace and fluidity might not be for everyone, but if you thrive on being challenged, it is the place for you!
