Needs an overhaul of middle management some people have been there for many years. Hurting the culture. Unrealistic expectations. Formulate ideas about character barely speaking to the individual. Does not look at facts but brings in their prejudices when Judging your growth. Takes years to move even on position. People lose the will to surpass expectations no need. Hate people who think outside the box. Hard to get promoted to the next level.
