Pros

Spent 5 years with this company growing from the ground up. I was able to have some of the best mentorship and best opportunities that are available to anyone at an entry level. They base their promotions on skill, ability and reliability. My direct leaders helped guide me to goal and promote when necessary.

Cons

Pulled out of the program I was assigned too. Would want to retire from company. Maybe one day if they open our area again to their services I can rejoin.
