Pros

It has decent pay.. also has decent co workers..

Cons

I am a former full time employee. My supervisor is terrible. He was very rude, used discrimination, not professional at all. I ended up quitting because of those reasons. He is also guilty of slandering my name to other coworkers. I filed a report against him with the corporate location. Nothing was done about this matter. That was over 3 weeks ago. I am in contact with an attorney right now about this situation to get it handled. I learned about the "business" on indeed.com where I had posted a resume. They contacted me first and hired me just by having a phone interview and a copy of my resume. A horrible company to work for.

I am shocked by this. We have nothing without great employees and take each TROC team member's experience and feelings seriously and with a huge responsibility to their careers and growth. I would very much like to speak with you. Please email me directly at rbrandon@trocglobal.com. Many thanks, Randy Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition TROC Global The Retail Outsource

Pros

It is a great job . Fun and encouraging people you work and for. Training is easy and you get paid to do so. Also the process to do an app are step by step.

Cons

Commission is low. Some customers aren't trilled or ask do you work for Walmart , and do not listen since your shirt isn't blue. The Walmart and Troc business needs more communication.

I really appreciate your taking the time to give us this valuable feedback. We are working towards a smoother communication plan. We want YOU to be part of the TROC family and TROC culture, so please be proud of the color of your shirt. You are to stand out among the others and show how talented we are, blow away sales and have Walmart be in AWE of what we bring to the table. Keep on TROC-ing!! Pros

Was a company with great management that cares about the employees and supports growth. Many opportunities are some what flexible and you can pick up new skills for your resume.

Cons

The company has changed and no longer respects it's employees or management. Be prepared for paycuts to keep your job. Never receiving a raise because they are a contract company. High cost of insurance if you are eligible. Lots of promises of growth and new projects. If you are a "favorite" you might get to try something new, but don't expect to ever be safe no matter how well you work.
