Pros

Opportunity to sell many products

Cons

In 20 years of sales and management experience I've never worked for a company that cares less about their people. They will work you to death, and track your every move. The directors I had taught to lead with fear and intimidation, which is the furthest thing away from my personality and morals. Very little training for those expected to sell multiple carrier products and services, and your job is constantly threatened if you're not hitting goals. I believe in servant leadership and I am an award winning, multiple industry sales leader. I would not conform to their tactics and left after 6 months. I wouldn't recommend a single position to anyone to work for this horrible company.

Flexible schedule morning evenings and nights

Cons

They gives you 2 days training even though they know you have no experience and they expect you to sale like a pro, Upper management is so disrespectful and kept saying things like this is what they pay us for they call you you out if you don't have any sales, its very uncomfortable to work there, I worked there for a few months a it was completely insane the amount new people that came in and little little they where leaving. Whatever you do please stay away from this place, there is much more out there you will leave hating sales
