      Decent pay compared to other carriers

      Cons

      Poor communication from higher ups in the company, keeps secrets, tries to push older employees out the door, have seen some employees let go due to health, coincidentally add more work to store managers to get them out and hire someone new.

      None this place is a joke

      Cons

      Place was a absolute joke. They don't care about the employees what so ever. They never paid any of my sales men properly and if we asked for help we got told to screw off. They were never motivational. They would literally just bring you down and never say anything positive about you or your markets. If you ever wanted help with anything you would have to complain none stop and threaten to leave. They do not care about you or anyone. All you are is a number to them.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing - they really make you feel welcome and like family. Growth opportunities all around, and mgmt actually listens to everyone's ideas.

      Cons

      working holidays, not enough time off, benefits are not the best and no 401k or flex spending account available.
