      Opportunities for growth

      Pros

      The best part of this job is the opportunities for growth for all employees. Management always tries to hire from within so if you work hard enough you’re very likely to get a promotion at some point. I like the opportunities they offer and the fact that they try to make sure that everyone has a path for upward growth within the company. Nobody’s ever stagnant here.

      Cons

      You need to be a hard worker to succeed here. If you aren’t, I doubt you will do well.

      Pros

      I got hired on fresh out of college and I had no clue what I was doing in the beginning. Thanks to the guidance, mentoring and daily grind of working at T-ROC I’ve picked up many new skills. I intend on climbing the ladder as high as I can. For the time being, at least, I’m satisfied with where I’m at professionally.

      Cons

      If you don’t already have a strong work ethic, you’ll get one.
