      Pros

      I WISH I got the same training I got here at my previous job! People are out here complaining that it was “too short,” try being thrown out there with no training at all! It’s ROUGH I tell you! I don’t know what some of these people are going on about, but I love it here so far. I don’t have managers screaming at me to make sales, I’m not working overtime to reach my quota, and honestly I just like what I do. It’s not some fancy job but it puts food on the table without driving me crazy.

      Cons

      A job’s a job. Sure I’d rather hit the snooze button and watch Netflix all day if I could, but that’s not the world we’re living in.

      Uncapped commission, enough hours, flexible staffing, decent money

      Managers get schedules wrong frequently, long hours, standing almost all day, difficult customer base

      Good if you want to work for a larger company

      Coworkers were friendly and welcoming Excellent earnings potential Friendly management Fast-paced environment Will give you a good work ethic

      Cons

      It’s a fairly large company and I wanted to gain experience working in a smaller start-up environment.
