Kind, hard-working people

Pros

I love my coworkers. They’re hard-working and they’re very caring people. Every day, I look forward to coming to work knowing that I get to spend time with people that I genuinely care about. It’s never competitive or dramatic, just easygoing and happy. The people here are the best and are the reason I still enjoy coming into work after three years.

Cons

Concentration is difficult for me because I love talking to people, but I also have ADHD so it’s always trying to find the line between being sociable and getting work done.

Not Worth It

Pros

Basic job and management experience

Cons

Are not nearly as paid as much compared to corporate, TPR is terrible. The nepotism is a nightmare and you basically work yourself to death to accomplish nothing as the company believes in “internal growth” when they see fit. There’s no movement or opportunities for growth, and no annual reviews to increase salary for individuals even after several years of working for the company. Also, there is an issue with retaliation, please do not work for them, go apply to a corporate store because I truly did waste years of my life getting paid less and working more.

Extremely supportive work environment

Pros

The support is one thing that they get right here. Although it’s high intensity, everyone pitches in and does what they can to help each other out. At other companies I have worked for, my coworkers would leave me hanging and that made it beyond difficult to get anything of significance accomplished. Not here. They don’t just move on from you when you are struggling. At first, I wasn’t hitting my goals and I was worried that I’d get fired. Instead, they put more focus on me to help me learn what I needed to do my best. It shouldn’t come as any surprise based on everything else I just mentioned, but they really push an open-door policy here. Any questions or concerns you might have are addressed right away. It’s a supportive, considerate, and all-around wonderful environment to work in.

Cons

Anything I could have ever added to this section has been addressed by management over the years. They’re great about hearing us out and implementing changes, so I can’t think of a single thing to put into this section that’s still relevant.
