      Pros

      It’s a job during COVID-19. And I’m typing to hit the 20 word minimum which I’m still typing for. Hi.

      Cons

      Management only cares about video attach, NPS, conversion and accys sale. No sick days, and RSC’s have 40 hours of PTO split between the first and last half of the year. There’s no uniform pay structure. As an RSC I made more than a floor lead at a different store who had more time with the company. No 401k match.

      Pros

      I started working here right out of college. I knew I wanted to go into sales but I didn’t know anything about it or where to start. Within the first week of working at T-ROC I had already gained so much knowledge about sales and interpersonal relationships that I felt like I could work anywhere. Not only that, but they offered me great benefits considering how inexperienced I was. I definitely wasn’t expecting a job that offered health insurance right out of college, but this company really made sure that I felt taken care of. I worked hard, learned a lot, and then moved on to another incredible sales job, which I know I wouldn’t have gotten without everything I learned while working here.

      Cons

      There are literally none that I can think of. I got so much more out of this company than I ever could have expected as a recent college graduate.
