      Pros

      This company knows how to treat its employees. They spend a week training you extensively in the best sales techniques — by the end of it, you could sell literally anything to anyone. As someone hoping to continue into a lifelong sales career, I cannot emphasize enough how much I have learned at T-ROC. They really took the time to look at who I am as a person and what my specific sales skills are, and then helped me develop them.
