TROC is an entrepreneurial company focused on creating a great culture for its employees and outstanding products for our customers. The goal is always to do the right thing for the right reasons, and to constantly improve customer satisfaction. Motivated, self-starter, energetic people who thrive in an environment that encourages independence and initiative will do well here.

Cons

The hours are long and there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning before you start making the real money.

An innovative company with a lot to bring to the table. Leadership is made up of long-time experts who understand the ins and outs of the industry. Employees are committed to the company’s mission. The hours are what you would expect from an sales job. The salary opportunities are insane.

Great place to learn and grow

It didn’t take me too long to grow into my job role at T-ROC, but I will say that management’s lofty expectations aren’t for the faint of heart. It’s a challenging company to work for, but it’s also worth it, especially when you consider all the experience you can gain in a very short period of time. Working at T-ROC helped to set me up for future success and now I have access to even better opportunities.

Cons

I went into it with the idea that it wasn’t a “forever” type deal. I thought I would be here longer, but I got more than what I needed after only a year. It’s an incredible place to grow professionally
