      Pros

      We have a strong company culture that’s American at its core. Very individualistic with a “pull yourself up by your own bootstraps” mentality.

      Cons

      Not the kind of place where you can bluff your way through the day. If you don’t know your stuff, you’re gone. Also, if you don’t put in the work, you’re gone. Not really a con, just a fair warning to any lazy applicants out there… don’t waste our time.
