Pros

Good for the first month or two until the market doesn't cooperate and it's your fault.

Cons

Constant pushy management tries to overstep boundaries with your life outside of work and is NOT FLEXIBLE WITH COLLEGE SCHEDULES. Got threatened with part time if my college classes interfered with my work schedule, just after I was told said adjust my work schedule for classes. If you can't accommodate your workers schedule for their life outside of work, you shouldn't have a business.

Pros

I was honestly surprised when I first started working here at how heavily leadership promote a healthy work/life balance. At first I thought it was just a gimmick, but after several years with the company I can honestly say it’s a serious priority for everyone. Don’t get me wrong, when you’re at work they want you to work hard and give them your all. But your off time is equally respected.

Cons

There is nothing that I have noticed that I would consider a “con” to working here.

Pros

+ Healthy hourly pay with commission from what you sell + Occasional contests/incentives for bonus payouts

Cons

- If you're in a low volume location, good luck getting sales - Ever increasing demand to perform better and drive higher numbers, leading to burnout - Hours are inconsistent, never know what you're working until the day before the week start. Good bye to any social life you have.
